Radiant G Circle
formerly known as Girl Connect
We partner with 60+ Texas schools to improve educational outcomes for girls, parents and teachers with our Radiant G Circle program, parent outreach and professional development for teachers.
Summer Camp
In-person summer camps designed to inspire girls to ignite their power and use it to advocate for themselves and their communities. Valuable friendships, fun activities, crafts, and games which cultivate the Six Cs and our flagship curriculum to help girls feel powerful this summer and beyond!

Corporate Engagement
Created using our very own self-efficacy building activities, Girls Empowerment Network offers professional development workshops and volunteer activations for corporate partners, employee resource groups, and community organizations.
Radiant G Conferences
Our Radiant G Conferences in Austin and Houston are designed especially for girls in grades 3-8, and the people who care about them, including but not limited to: parents, educators, and mentors.
Spark Change Project
Established in 2020, the Spark Change Project is a collaboration between the Excellence & Advancement Foundation and Girls Empowerment Network. Our mission is to center girls of color as leaders in advocacy who discover their activist voices, and galvanize their peers to engage in their own passions for positive social change.
